The IMOCA 60 is a powerful monohull with open design rules. This type of boat is used to compete into the famous race the "Vendée Globe". It is a solo race around the word without any stop nor assistance. As the skipper cannot always be at the helm to steer the boat, an autopilot system is required. Our team has been asked by SAFRAN SAILING TEAM for improving their autopilot system. This has been a great success, Skipper Marc Guillemot confessed after his 3rd place in the "Route du Rhum 2014":

 

"The autopilot was dynamic and strong, I think this was the best autopilot I ever experienced"

We also worked on the design of test rigs to evaluate and certify equipments before they went onboard.
